WiN allows students and young alumni to connect with alumni advisors to ask vocational questions on a casual, anonymous basis, or to sign up to be a part of a longer mentoring relationship with an alumna or alumnus in their field of interest. The network even includes a faculty dashboard that allows professors to track how students in their department are interacting through WiN, and to recommend specific advisors and mentors for students. Beyond Coincidental Connections Thanks to the network, connections don’t have to be serendipitous— they can be systematic.
