thanks to the peculiar artistic poetics of
the author. The structure of the pavilion is
smaller and has smaller dimensions than
the other exhibition spaces. It develops in
two main volumes by altering the
alignment itself. A particular not be
underestimated is the use of materials
that , in this case , are multiple and
highly heterogeneous : reinforced
concrete and glass. The architect ,
through the aid of the latter, creates a
strong contrast but at the same time , he
manages to create a communication and
putting the interior of the structure in
symbiosis with the environment external
to it . Carlo Scarpa , in addition to the
Venezuelan pavilion, has experimented on
the design of the ticket entrance to the
gardens of the Castle.
The Venezuela Pavilion was built between
1954 and 1955 Venetian architect and
designer Carlo Scarpa. Arteficie initiative
