Little Nicolas's great swindle
A young man aged 20, near the PP circles, makes up a life of influences and passes himself off as a CNI agent, managing to swindle 25,000 euros.
Nobody really knew where he had come from and who he was friends with. But the majority of people he met went along with him, just in case! With a childish look, always smartly dressed and having a way with words, he moved around the PP circles in Madrid and was indeed in his element. It was easy to see him in public events surrounded by businessmen and politicians, with whom he took photos that he later used to prove his alleged influences. But he was only a child, and soon the great swindle of his life was too much for him. The police arrested Francisco Nicolás Gómez-Iglesias for passing himself off as Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría's advisor and as a CNI agent in order to earn 25,000 euros in exchange for interceding in the sales of a property in Toledo. He even got to ask Jordi Pujol's lawyer for money in exchange for soothing his judicial situation.
