The night sky is amazing
and special, even more so
when you have a chance to
see the Aurora Australis.
No need to go overseas to
see them, just head for
Tassie. And the good news
is that you can see them just
about anywhere in Tassie so
long as there is no ‘light
pollution’ from cities and
towns. All you need is a clear
night, some sunspots and
massive bursts of solar
winds, and you have the
lights. Like so much of
nature, the lights are a tad
unpredictable, and all the
more stunning when you
see them.
