Farley "Jackmaster" Funk has sold over 30 million records worldwide. His most Famous hit “Love Can’t Turn
Around” , performed by The Black Pavarotti of House Music Dr. Darryl Pandy was the first Chicago House Music record to hit the UK Charts. In 1986 the song peaked at number 10 on the UK Charts.
In 2004 Farley was blessed with a request to spin at events surrounding the Olympics in Greece.
On May 2 2014, Farley “Jackmaster” Funk was honored with a street dedication which included presentation
acknowledgment letters, by City of Chicago Aldermans, Chicago Mayor Rham Emanuel, Illinois Governor Pat
Quinn, and the King of Pop's family the famous Jackson Family.
Farley was honored with a photo opportunity to meet and take pictures with Michael Jackson's mother Mrs.
Katherine Jackson.
