Being in hospital can be a very scary and traumatic time for a young child so we want to try taking their minds off that as much as possible. It was set up by a group of parents to help other parents and families staying in hospital with a very sick child. They don’t actually care for the children themselves, but instead support all families who are likely to stay in hospital for a few days or longer, by giving them whatever they need to cope.
