It is my desire to paint thirteen of these
stories and show them as part of the First
Friday Art Walk in my town in addition to
sharing them on Facebook. I honor their
lives. They were important. They provided a mirror to our collective life experience. I am hoping those who see their
portraits will feel their importance too.
