Remembrance Day Memorial November 11, 2013 – West Lobby
Lest we forget.
To mark this significant day, Bay Adelaide Centre will establish a temporary memorial site in its
West Lobby on November 11, 2013. At the sound of the tone at 11:00am, you are invited to join
building staff and occupants in the West Lobby for a moment of silence followed by a bagpipe
performance of Amazing Grace. Alternatively, you may choose to observe a moment of
silence in your workplace.
Pilates Classes Winter Wellness Program - Every Tuesday from November 12 to January 28, 2014
Enjoy the benefits of Pilates classes throughout the winter at the Bay Adelaide Centre!
Due to high demand and overall success of this tenant wellness program, we are pleased to
announce that Winter Pilates classes will be offered from November 12 to January 28, 2014.
Please note there will be no classes on December 24 and December 31, 2013 due to the
holidays. Classes will continue to be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. To sign-up in
advance, you are welcome to either call the Bay Adelaide Centre Management Office at (647)
260-1101 or register in person. Walk-ins are acceptable, provided there are spaces available. In
addition, please note that participants are required to sign a waiver.
Flu Clinics - November 12, 13 & 14, 2013 – Medisys – 15th Floor
Don’t let the flu ruin your winter!
This year, Brookfield has partnered with Medisys to administer free seasonal flu shots to Bay
Adelaide Centre tenants. Clinics will be held on the 15th floor, at Medisys’ premises on the
following dates and times: November 12, 13 & 14, 2013 from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Book your season Flu Shot appointment in advance by calling the Management Office at 647260-1101 or by sending an email to [email protected]. The day of your
scheduled appointment, please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out a consent form. The procedure
will take approximately 20 minutes with a wait time of 15 minutes after vaccination as a safety
precaution. Should you have any questions in regards to the clinics, please call 647-260-1101.
