A study of 16,000 leaders found that women leaders were more effective than their male counterparts.

This graph displays the percentile scores from men and women on the competency of their self-development. Evidently, women are more competent in this area.

The graph shows a 2.7% difference which is statistically significant when taking sample size into account.

Women tend to ask for feedback and make changes based on that feedback. Whilst women of all ages maintain this habit, males widely begin their careers being motivated to ask for feedback but do less so as they age.
