Insulation / Beads, Trims & Cills
Insulation
EpsiTherm (Grey EPS)
Comprises of expanded beads of polystyrene that incorporate a graphite component.
The addition of graphite reflects and absorbs radiant heat providing a significantly improved
thermal insulation material.
Available Thickness 10mm - 400mm. Thermal Value 0.032 - 0.030 W/m 2 K.
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)
A closed cell rigid board, highly resistant to heat flow and moisture penetration.
Available Thickness 10mm - 400mm. Thermal Value 0.038 W/m 2 K.
Lamella Insulation
Comprises of mineral wool fibres oriented perpendicular to the wall surface enabling the
insulation boards to be adhesively bonded making it less reliant on mechanical fixings.
Available Thicknesses 20mm – 300mm. Thermal Value 0.040 W/m²k
Mineral Wool
A consistent density, high strength, rock mineral wool slab with a water-repellent additive
specifically designed for use in external wall insulation systems.
Available Thickness 30mm - 270mm. Thermal Value 0.038 - 0.036 W/m 2 K.
Phenolic
High closed cell content and fine cell structure which offers very good thermal insulating
properties, due to the very low thermal conductivity of phenolic foam.
Available Thickness 20mm - 120mm. Thermal Value 0.023 - 0.020 W/m 2 K.
Beads, Trims & Cills
We supply a wide range of specialist beads and trims for a
variety of applications to ensure accurate detailing.
All WBS systems offer clean crisp lines and all exposed
edges should be protected and watertight.
Beads are available in powder coated galvanised steel
(PCGS), stainless steel, aluminium or PVC. Powder coated
beads can be supplied in a range of colours. Nosings in
complimentary colours are also available.

beads to use for a particular application and the correct
specification for the exposure.
