(WV 053657), is a residential builder that constructs
the finest custom homes throughout West Virginia,
including The Greenbrier Sporting Club in White Sulphur Springs.

to achieve Agsten’s level of excellence in the construction of
custom homes. Our on-site construction staff is comprised of
superintendents and carpenters who have many years of experience
and are knowledgeable experts in their professions. We choose
subcontractors who are professional and efficient and can meet
our demanding expectations, and we work with the best residential
architects and act as a residential design builder on many projects.
A Brief History
In 2004, Scott Wallace went to work for Agsten Construction
Company, a commercial builder based in Charleston. Wallace,
who had varied experience in construction, architecture and real
estate, expanded the residential side of the business. After 10 years,
Wallace purchased the assets of the residential division of Agsten
Construction and rolled them into a new company called Atlantic
Wallace, LLC. With the expert help of Peter McKinney, a 40-year
veteran in the construction industry, the new company has grown
to employ between 12-18 West Virginians, and the majority of its
business is based in White Sulphur Springs.
