Fireweed Jelly on Brie

This jelly is easy to make and delicious with cheese. Try
serving it with brie or goat cheese. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
Ingredients
2 cups firmly-packed fireweed flowers and buds
2 1/2 cups boiling water
3 cups sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp of powdered pectin,
1/2 tsp of butter or margarine
