HEALTHY INSIDE = WELLBEING OUTSIDE Raw Rainbow Salad 1/2 purple cabbage, chopped 3 stalks of celery, chopped 1/2 bunch shallots, chopped 1 spanish onion, chopped 3 carrots, grated 1/2 lemon, juiced 6 servings Kazzaʼs Power Juice 1/4 bunch of celery 4 carrots 1 pear 1 slice of ginger (size of a 10c piece) 1 slice of tumeric (size of thumb nail) 1 whole beetroot 1 whole lemon, peeled Serves 4 Dressing Per serve 1/4 mashed avocado.
