from where the dovetail joints come together. I just made sure to pay close attention to where I was starting and stopping the router.

I marked the 3/4" line on each cabinet part. For the door the mark was to 1/4". I only wanted a slight reveal for it.

I used a piece of scrap to dial in the fit for the plywood panel. The micro adjustment on the OF1400 came in very handy for dialing in the fit. I did the exact same procedure for groove in the door panel.

Safety Note: The router is not actually running in this picture, which is why I only have one hand on it.

The groove needed to be squared up with a chisel after it was cut using the router.

All the grooves are cut at this point. The door is ready for glue-up but there is still some work to do inside the cabinet before I can glue it up. The cabined needed dado's for the shelf.
