YES This indicates there is an open within the motor circuit. Check the wiring harness (p/n 54571-00) from the controller to the motor for possible loose or broken wire(s). If this all looks good then there is most likely an open within the motor windings and the motor would need to be replaced. (p/n 31547-00) NO Restart the unit. While the LED is solid GREEN grab the rollers and assist them to roll. Le & Right ashing GREEN simultaneously 1 me per second. LED ashing GREEN 1 every 3 seconds. YES YES This indicates there is insu cient voltage being supplied to the WeedRoller controller. Con m the supply voltage to the power supply unit is correct (110 VAC) and that the cords to and from the power supply are of correct wire gage for their lengths. If the cords are not the issue then it is most likely a transformer issue within the power supply unit. Repair or replace the power supply unit. (p/n 51324-00) Li rollers from the mud and/or remove obstruc n and restart unit. If mud con nues to be an issue install a mud kit. (op nal p/n 51320 or p/n 51134) YES This indicates WeedRoller has med out meaning the roller has not achieved its sweep within the allo ed 45 minutes. Rollers stuck due to mud or other obstruc n? YES Motor star ng capacitor has gone bad. Replace the capacitor. (p/n 31448-00) 54678-00 R010114 YES Unit operates un reaches proximity sensor then has same error? NO Motor is most likely turning harder than normal but is not drawing enough amps to indicate locked rotor.
