living room setup complete with chandelier and
posh carpeting. Those going something more
whimsical and playful can pose at a fenced-in
playpen style setup, or even a red brick archway.
Grey brickwork and a faux garden provide more
outdoors-y livery.
The third and final floor provides the most
varied options in terms of the backdrop. There’s
a Mediterranean-style outdoor array replete with
blue shuttered windows and a wooden door—all
surrounded by an elevated solid balcony. There’s
a playful red barn front for lighter shots, and
even a mountable balcony with greenery set
against the backdrop of a solid stonework home.
Perhaps the most elaborate of options is the
home front with grilled window sill, reinforced
wooden door, and elevated balcony all done up in
the style of Renaissance Dutch homes.
The idea behind Fresco Studio House is to
provide their clients with a more affordable,
yet nonetheless beautiful, alternative to the too
popular outdoor shoots. Each floor rental has a
different associated cost with Php 1,500 for the
first and third floors alone, and Php 2,500 for the
second floor. Renting a combination of two floors
will cost Php 3,500, while renting all floors costs
Php 4,500. These rates apply for 3 hours of use
while accommodating up to 6 people—with an
additional Php 500 for bringing along people over
that number. Props are included in the prices.
Promo rates until the whole year of 2017.
