Raised by Town’s Delight matriarch Cecilia del Rosario-Pacumio, Andrew served as president of Town’s Delight since 1995. He has since led the culinary haven opened by his mother in 1974 in Cavite. In honor of his mother and the legacy he inherited, Andrew has helped propel Town’s Delight while mastering his craft. Andrew holds a Master in Entrepreneurship and is recognized as a Certified Master Entrepreneur by the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He earned his BS Economics degree from San Beda College. He is also the founding member of the Food Catering Association of the Philippines, making Town’s Delight one of the leaders in the food catering business.
