Who is Andrew Pacumio?
Raised by Town’s Delight matriarch
Cecilia del Rosario-Pacumio, Andrew
served as president of Town’s Delight
since 1995. He has since led the culinary
haven opened by his mother in 1974 in
Cavite. Andrew prides himself of the
family’s legacy cuisines and continues
to delight customers the way Mama
Cel would.
In honor of his mother and the legacy
he inherited, Andrew has helped
propel Town’s Delight while mastering
his craft. Andrew holds a Master in
Entrepreneurship and is recognized as
a Certified Master Entrepreneur by the
Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
He earned his BS Economics degree
from San Beda College. He is also the
founding member of the Food Catering
Association of the Philippines, making
Town’s Delight one of the leaders
in the food catering business. He
was also elected as president of the
PEAK – Tagaytay Wedding Vendors
Association.
Andrew is an advocate of local food
and local industries. He never ceases to
champion local tourism by participating
actively in tourism organizations as
a two-time president of the Cavite
Provincial Tourism Board, Inc.
Andrew found himself a partner in
Connie Pacumio who is now Town’s
Delight’s executive chef and vice
president. Connie learned directly from
Mama Cel, an expertise one cannot
take for granted.
Today, Town’s Delight brings blissful

reliable catering services. It is a home-
grown enterprise that indulges clients
with dishes perfected for decades and
