Tagaytay Wedding Guideliness Securing a Marriage License in Tagaytay City Licensing Officer Marie Ferma details the requirements in applying for a marriage license in Tagaytay City. Marriage License Norms More or less, the requirements to get a marriage license are similar in different parts of the Philippines. Original birth certificates and/or baptismal certificates will be asked of the couple, along with information about their parents or guardians. The marriage contract of the parents may also be requested. Fees will be collected for your application and for the marriage license, along with proof of attendance in marriage counselling and/or a seminar.
