CHOOSING THE BIG DAY
Choosing the date of your
wedding is crucial and have to
depend on various factors. What
you want will affect the way you
decide like the following:
COOL, CHILLY AND
ROMANTIC WEDDINGS:
For cold and breezy affair, locals
are unanimous in saying that
the coldest months would be
from December to February.
Exchange misty I do’s with
February rating highest in the
coolness factor. You can even
make it a triple celebration if
it falls in February 14 which
coincides with Valentine’s Day
and Tagaytay Fiesta “Pista ng
Pag-ibig”. Ensure to book early
though as early as a year ahead
since it’s one of the busiest
month.
SUMMER WEDDINGS:
For a bright and sunny union,
go for the summertime season
from March to May. It provides
delightful sun rays and the
signature Tagaytay coolness
that’s just right. The cool breeze
is a perfect contrast to the
sunlight of an open wedding
ceremony and venue.
RAINDROPS AND
DRIZZLES:
Risky months fall during the rainy
season. Pick another date or be
ready with heavy-duty tents and
umbrellas for the guests. On the
upside though, the rainy season
is also the off-peak season. You
can expect prices to be lower
than usual. If you can’t steer
away with this season, you may
opt for indoor wedding venues
to lessen the risks.
Let us be realistic and remember
how the weather and the
season can affect your wedding
plans. Metro-Tagaytay can
really have an unpredictable
weather sometimes. There
were times even during
summer months, heavy rains
are visible. Be mindful as well
