Chef Jomel specializes in Asian dishes, specifically Filipino cuisines, and has also been exploring international cuisines to continue captivating their guests’ palate. Now, Alta d’ Tagaytay treats guests to two unique culinary experiences. La Terraza offers the diverse flavors that come from authentic Spanish cuisine. These are partnered with popular local favorites from ever-popular local culinary classic, Barrio Fiesta.
