The Path to a Risk Elimination Culture A Risk Elimination culture is not an 8 hour a day event nor is it limited to a single type of activity. Instead it reflects an attitude that represents a person’s core values. In order to achieve a Risk Elimination culture all employees must embrace it as a core value. In order to develop a Risk Elimination culture a holistic approach needs to be taken that transcends the workplace and EHS. Employee need to understand the reasons and benefits of a Risk Elimination culture and embrace it both on the job and off. There are three doors on the way to a Risk Elimination culture, the first is awareness, the second is process and procedures and the third is integration as the way business is done.
