Q: Do you have holding space for carry on luggage, if clients would like to go into the airport, to shop, and return to the lounge?

A: Yes, we have an area for luggage that is manned by our Representative upon arrival and departure.

Q: Do you need to tip the vip representative?

A: While tipping is not mandatory, tipping practices can vary depending upon the service received and is left up to the sole discretion of the guest experience

Club Kingston Arrival: 10am - 6pm

Club Mobay Departure: 6am-10pm

Q: any chance of having a lounge at gate 2 of the airport in mobay

A: We have been exploring the options and awaing approval has to be given by the various stakeholders.

Q: Thank you Nicholas! Glad to know a Teen's Lounge is in the works. Did you say that there was already a children's lounge in Club MoBay?

A: At Club Mobay, there is a Sound Controlled Kids area for the little ones.

Q: Can you show that Tour Operator page again? Thanks

A:We work with all the major Tour Operators- Funjet/ Travel Impressions/ Nexus/ Air Canada Vacations/ AA Vacations/ Delta Vacations/ Island Routes/ Vacation Express to name a few.

Q: Just to confirm the access to the CLub MoBay lounge is complimentary for inbound and outbound to guests that already have their host resort who have lounges (hyatt/sandals etc)

A: The VIP Service is not included just for staying at location that has a lounge. However, if clients are booked with VIP and will be staying at t location that has a lounge, they get to enjoy both facilities. For Sandals Over the Water Suite Butler Guests, the VIP Arrival Only experience is included in their package courtesy of Sandals Resorts.

Q:  I experienced Club MoBay and its new renovations. Does Club Kingston have same set up and size

A: Club Mobay is more intimately-sized; however, will boast amenities such as a premium bar, Shower Facilities, WI-FI and a full buffet. Because of the market, there is also a Conference room that is available at Club Kingston.

Q: For arrivals, do you track a client's flight in the event of airline-related delays?

A: Yes, once there is a flight delay, our Operations team track same with the airlines. If clients should cancel or make changes to their flight or dates, it is important for them to communciate same, in advance, so our team can meet them upon arrival.

Q: Working with a group it is difficult to determine common arrival until flight info is received. If the required minimum is arriving on the same day, maybe a few different flights, is it OK to use the group rate?
