Q: Any update on any Tour Operators that carry Round Hill?
A: We currently partner with the following Tour Operator companies: Classic Vacations, Travel Impressions, Delta Vacations, Pleasant Holidays, Island Destinations, Ultimate Jet Vacations, Voyages by Pascale and Air Canada.
Q: Are there travel agents rates available for this property?
A: Currently travel agents rates are offered on a discretionary basis. Requests should be sent to our director of sales and marketing Linda Lawrence at [email protected].
Q: Handicap access?
A: The property was originally built in 1953 so we are not ideal for persons with mobility challenges. We have however hosted such persons in the past.
Q: Can you book the entire hotel for a wedding?
A: Yes, we do offer property buyouts. Please note that a property buyout will require a minimum of 100 rooms for a minimum of 3 nights and attracts a buyout fee for the exclusive use of the property.
Q: Do you have someone on property that assists with coordinating a wedding?
A: Yes, once a wedding booking is confirmed, the couple will require an onsite wedding planner who will work with them or their representative to customize their wedding at Round Hill.

Q: I'm bringing a group of 87 there( montego bay) in June ...we are excited .. who are the best tour companies to use to view the area?

Q: For a Family of 4 - 2 adults 2 children, are your options only 2 rooms or a private villa?
A: Yes, 2 rooms or a 2 bedroom villa is required as we are unable to accommodate 4 persons in a room. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons per room/suite.
Q: The villa with the tub, was the tub outside? I also have a wedding party for 100 people would you be able to accommodate?
A:Yes, some of our villas offer outdoor tubs and showers. For weddings we can accommodate a maximum of 250 persons.
Q: How far in advance should the wedding be booked?
A: Weddings can be booked as long as the date is available. Note however that we only host 1 wedding per weekend.
Q: How far is Round Hill from the airport?
A: We are located 20-25 minutes from the Sangster International Airport (MBJ).
Q: How long will it take from the hotel to the boarding area for the catamaran dinner cruise?
A: Transfer will take approximately 15- 20 minutes.
Q: do you have a jacuzzi / hot tub at the hotel or pool or spa?
A: No jacuzzi is available in the public area. However a couple villas have jaccuzi/hot tub
Q: Can guests upgrade to the "all inclusive platinum plan" when they arrive? How much is it to do so? And what does it include?
A: Yes, meal plan can be selected at the time of check-in however we usually recommend taking the meal plan prior to arrivals since roundtrip airport transfers are included. All inclusive platinum plan is at the cost of US$204 per person daily plus 10% tax and 15% service charge and includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages by the glass and roundtrip airport transfers.
Q: Do you provide private transfers from MBJ?
A: Transfer cost is US$45 one way for 1- 4 persons and US$12 for each additional person.
Q: Can an individual book a private suite within a villa while the other rooms in the villa are booked?
How many people can stay in a 6 bedroom villa?
A: Yes, our suites are all located within a villa with its own keyed entrance, private bedroom, bathroom and semi-enclosed living area.
