Q: In Regards to the TA's incentives: do TA's earn with Aim for the Stars and Agent Bonus Cash?
A: Yes, agents can earn bonus cash by registering their bookings in the Agent Cash rewards program.
Q: Is the airport lounge comp to Ziva & Ziara guest?
A: Yes it is!
Q: I submitted a request for rewards comp room for myself and a guest thru the Aim for the Stars program and have not heard back from them. It has been over 10 days who should I contact?
A: Playa Hotels & Resorts agent rewards program is Agent Cash, so if you are having issues with that I recommend contacting your local BDM.
Q: If we have clients coming to the Hyatt Zilara and their transfers are booked through JTL Limited can they still check-in at the Hyatt Ziva / Zilara lounge at MBJ airport?
