How would one know if they have found their soul journey/purpose? First, you have to do enough work on yourself that you learn from your experiences and reflections, and have awareness of yourself so you can tell the difference between your ‘true’ path or ‘false’ path. Once you have done some exploring of paths, you know how you act and what makes you tick. If you find your true path you have what I call 'peace with path'...you feel comfortable, excited and energized by what you're doing, you know why you're here. It feels really clear and true. If you are not on your path you can identify your ‘Truth-Aches’--emotional and physical symptoms like depression, distraction, confusion, hopelessness (they are different for each person)...indications that you're not truly comfortable with where you are. How will one know if they have completed their ultimate soul journey in their lifetime? You’d know you have peace with path, a sense of relief like you have done everything you have come here to do. You can say honestly that you are content with all you have completed in your life and with whom you have become. How does one introduce others to the concept of waking up to these aspects of themselves? I am not a big believer in teaching, but more so in modeling. What I mean by that is that you become what you believe in. Be happy, truthful and be yourself. You can model for others that ‘looking for yourself’ by being truthful and exploring options is worth it, but do not ever push it upon others. Everyone has their own unique path to discover.
