Do you believe that everyone is born with a purpose or a specific journey? Yes, I call one's purpose their 'Sacred Purpose' or 'Soul Scriptures’. I believe everyone is, at least, the fodder for expansion in this world. It doesn't mean we are all born to become public figures or great athletes. We all have energy and emotional issues to work through, those can be part of your purpose. We are here to move and grow and create the world around us. How does one know what their soul-scriptures are? One could clear out the distractions of our busy culture to see themself more clearly and be able to hear their inner voice. Our society is set up with distractions like consumerism, materialism and the mass media to fill our minds. Consumerism preys on the un-centered self...urges you to live a life that is scripted for you, rather than discovering the life truly right for you. Take a break from the usual routine and try out new hobbies, courses and experiences. Keep exploring pathways to find what is right for you. You have to live it. If you have found your truth, you feel it in your body; you can tell from the calm and happiness that is inside of you. How can you tell your healthy ego from your unhealthy ego? The healthy ego is the aspect of the self that is essential to functioning, the part that tells me I have value, the part that is positively intended and knows how to make my dreams come true. It
