The owners are Salma and Nantes le Roux , who have been in the sales and service industries for more than 30 years . They have a passion for the real estate industry and regard training as an absolute requirement to empower people . ISikolo is not just about learning but also the sharing of knowledge . The owners bring a wealth of experience gained in their involvement in their target industries . ISiKolo employs facilitators and assessors who share their passion for the industry as the school

The amendment to the Estate Agency Affairs Act of 1976 demands a minimum requirement at entry level to the industry and ISikolo ’ s aim is to be the chosen school for enrolment . One such client who has chosen ISiKolo as their preferred training service provider is RE / MAX Property Associates .
