The 2 Wonder Women taught me to be grateful for everything in my life , no matter how small so , gratitude was instilled in me right from the beginning and it remains a big part of my life , even more so today . Being present in the moment was also a lesson to be learned as things can change very quickly and so growing up was a challenge with abuse etc but always knowing that I was and am a part of something bigger than myself remained the core of my being and created the stillness and peace inside of me .

I joined the British Army , became a mother and a single parent myself and then my life changed when my son was diagnosed with Autism and all that goes with it , when he was 3 years old . Challenges grew and my mantra Keep Going Always © was born as I knew I needed to step up even more to become the Wonder Woman that my Mom and Nan had taught me to be .
Some of the challenges included getting my son assessed and diagnosed , speech and language therapy , specialist education , transport and the list goes on .
