you know you like Crème Brûlée than sit down and order with confidence because you will be enjoying a perfectly executed dessert .
The Tarte aux Pommes was also a fantastic finish to a good meal . The tart crust is buttery and flakey , the apples are nicely cooked , and caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream both tasted of premium ingredients . My only downside was that the almond cream was a little too strong for my liking . Some people love almond in their desserts , especially things like marzipan . I find that almond flavor can be a bit overpowering and sometimes bitter . I still enjoyed this dessert and if you know you like almond , than go for it ; I was lured in by the apple and caramel which were both excellent , but I kept getting distracted by that background flavor of almond I could have done without .
As you can expect at a French bistro there is an excellent wine list and even suggested pairings for the dishes . The staff is knowledgeable on the wines and will be happy to talk you through your choices . Most of the wines are available by the glass or bottle . There are also a few signature cocktails and a decent selection of beers . Everything skews towards French varieties and there is a lot to enjoy with your meal . If you don ’ t imbibe there is the usual assortment of juice , soda and other beverages you will find across WDW .
