nuggets too. Truly something for everyone while staying true to the theme of the Resort.
Where the culinary Mexican and Latin influence really shines is at the Maya Grill, one of the
sit down or Table-Service restaurants at the resort. While Maya Grill boasts offerings such
as House Guacamole, Shrimp Tacos, Fajitas and Ancho Chili Crème Brûlée, it is only open
for dinner.
Those looking for a relaxing, Table-Service breakfast, Las Ventanas – the other full-service
restaurant at this resort – can satisfy a spicy tooth with Mexican inspired dishes such as
Huevos Divorciados, Huevos Bendedicto, and Chorizo Skillet. At lunch, the menu mostly
offers American fare which is a little disappointing, but there are hints of Latin flavor in the
sides and accompaniments.
In case anyone is wondering if these exceptional offerings come with some type of
stipulation, they do not. All restaurants at Coronado Springs accept the Disney Dining Plan
and both Table-Service restaurants are one Table-Service dining credit.
While the other Walt Disney World Moderate Resorts may offer a menu item or two that
speak to the back story being told throughout the resort, none are as committed to
carrying the theme as deep and as wonderfully done, as Coronado Springs. One of the
many reasons I adore and recommend this resort.
