The speaker was Past Master Ken Olisa OBE , who is Her Majesty ’ s Lord Lieutenant for Greater London . He demonstrated what a busy role this was by being late for the dinner ! He had just hosted HM the Queen and HRH Prince Philip at a reception in the West End , but , Past Master Olisa was determined to attend our Master ’ s Installation Dinner so dashed across the City in his official car . In his speech he passed on the wisdom of a Past Master to the new Master .
