With its stunning views of the lake and comfortable seating
throughout the space, this state-of-the-art kitchen is the heart
and hub of the home. The concrete counter top with beautiful
agate bottom panel lighting is by J&M Lifestyles. And nestled
between the dining room and the kitchen area is a custom wine
room showcasing a silhouette portrait of the owner carefully
etched on the back panel by Alex Turco.
DINING ROOM
Deleon seamlessly incorporated the elements of wood and
water into this space. “It was important for me to use natural
elements and the architecturally detailed live-edge walnut used
for the large family dining room table was essential,” says the
designer. The one-of-a kind piece, custom made by Endgrain
Furniture & Design, was carefully sketched and the wood
carefully selected. Adding the element of water Deleon
incorporated a waterfall chandelier for “a soothing, yet
glamalistic atmosphere,” she says of the room that makes
a bold and beautiful statement.
