Creating with Digital Electronics
Does your child have a curiosity about how our things work and wants to learn how to make the next amazing
digital product that can change the world? Through our expert guidance and instruction, students will learn the
fundamentals of electronics hands-on as they wire their own circuits and control electronic components like lights,
buttons and buzzers using the C Programming language.
Cost: $25/Waxhaw Resident $30/Non-Resident

Preparing Meals For Yourself by Dream Dinners
Are your teens on the run between school and extracurricular activities? This work-
shop will walk your teen through assembling three meals they can pop in the freezer
and cook at home rather than turning to fast food. All the prep work is done so your
teens can simply assemble their meals, plus the mess is in their kitchen not yours!

Self Defense for Teens
Give your teen the knowledge of how to avoid or prevent an attack by a predator and if unavoidable, know what to expect
and how to fight. We will be teaching self-defense and discussing the importance of
stranger danger awareness, and anti-bullying techniques.

“A Fun Day for Fido” Dog Training Class
This class is designed to be fun, educational and motivational. Class will focus on
basic commands, motivational play, and introduction to jumps and tunnels and how
to properly meet and greet dogs. Instruction is provided in an outdoor setting allow-
ing us to use the environment as a natural distraction.
