The company has several decades-old relationships with local potato growers. “We focus on every part of the process seeing how we can be more efficient and sustainable. From how our potatoes are washed in the field to the design of our machines, we look for ways to be more environmental in every step of our process.” Tim’s Cascade Snacks has also expanded its product line. For example, Tim’s produces, markets and sells Erin’s All-Natural Popcorn. It purchased the brand from a small family-owned Kirkland business in 1999. Tim’s also started a brand of kettle-style potato chips and onion rings under the Hawaiian label. The company ’s flavors have gained popularity beyond the Pacific Northwest. Their products can now be found in 13 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Tim’s also sells its products internationally to Canada, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea.
