Takeaway: Davis County saw an increase in the number of sales among all property types in 2019, including a significant 20%
increase in the number of townhomes sold. Condominium sales rose 12% which contributed to a 10% increase in the average
sales price. Single family homes experienced a slight 3% increase in the number of homes sold throughout Davis County. Average
and median sales prices continue to rise year over year.
