Takeaway: Salt Lake County saw a slight increase in the number of townhomes sold and a minimal decrease in the number of
condominiums sold over the past 12 months. The number of single family homes sold remained consistent in 2019. With the average sales
price of a single family home over $400K, buyers are turning to more affordable options such as condominiums and townhomes. All
property types saw a 5% to 8% appreciation over the past year due, in part, to constrained inventory.
