for a full year. Davis County continues to have a shortage in dense affordable housing. For this reason, Davis County
saw double digit appreciation over all property types. Affordable inventory is limited in Davis County which contributed
to a 19% increase in the median sales price of a condominium. The increases in average and median sales prices over
the past 12 months are due in part to the population growth in this beautiful county.
