Takeaway: Utah County has continued to deliver new townhomes to the market as townhome sales increased almost 17%. The
median sales price of townhomes also rose 10% compared to last year. Consumers need affordable housing and Utah County
continues to approve new projects to provide options. The median sales price for single family homes, condominiums and
townhomes have all increased a minimum of 8% over the past year as consumers continue to pour into Utah County.
