Takeaway: Weber County remains the most affordable major county across the Wasatch Front which contributed
to the nearly 30% increase in single family homes sold in the county. In addition, all property types experienced
appreciation over the past 12 months despite a slight decrease in the number of condominiums and townhomes
sold. The median and average sales price of a single family home increased 13% while the median price of a condo
increased almost 26% in the past 12 months compared to the same time period the previous year.
