Takeaway: Utah County experienced a substantial increase in the total number of townhomes sold over the past 12 months
and a decrease in the number of condominiums sold. With townhome construction in the area increasing, this trend is likely
to continue. As Utah County’s population continues to grow, median sales price increased across all property types between
8.5%-13%. Buyers find value in the area and we anticipate a continued strong market in Utah County.
