Takeaway: Weber County saw impressive appreciation across all property types over the past 12 months despite a slight
decrease in the number of condominiums, town homes, and single family homes sold. Nevertheless the median sales price for
condominiums increases over 20% while the average sales price for town homes increased almost 25%.
