Takeaway: Salt Lake County saw an increase in the number of condominiums and town homes sold with a slight decrease in the number
of single family homes sold over the past 12 months. As construction costs continue to increase and with the average price of a single
family home over $400k, buyers are turning to more affordable options such as condominiums and town homes.
