Takeaway: Salt Lake County has had significant price appreciation in all property types. The county saw an increase in the number of condominiums
and town homes sold with a slight decrease in the number of single family home sold over the last 12 months. This is a continued trend over the past
year as price and affordability continues to be a key factor for first-time buyers across Salt Lake County. In a first for Salt Lake County, the average sales
price for a single family home topped $375,000. As a result, many buyers are looking to condominiums and town homes as more economical options.
