Takeaway: Weber County continues to be the most affordable major county across the Wasatch Front. Condominiums and town homes saw slight
increases in the number of properties sold with a minor decrease in number of single family homes sold. Despite the impressive appreciation across
all property types in Weber County, we expect to see affordability continue and strong growth in new construction, including single family homes.
