Takeaway: Utah County was the only county to see an increase in the number of homes sold across all property types
over the past 12 months. Town homes are seeing the most growth as density, especially around I-15 and the Point of the
Mountain, continues to increase. Median price for condominiums, town homes, and single family homes in Utah County
have increased approximately 10%, as buyers continue to move to the area.
