Takeaway : Utah County saw an increase in the number of condominiums and town homes sold with a slight decrease in the number of single family homes sold over the last 12 months . Across all property types , median sales prices have increased around 10 % in Utah County as consumers continue to move into the area . We expect continued appreciation and strong sales throughout Utah County , especially in the areas of Lehi and Saratoga Springs .
