Takeaway: The ‘Gateway to the Uintas’ continues to be popular as East Summit County saw a significant increase
in the average and median single family home prices. Specifically, the Kamas Valley saw continued strong growth
in the number of single family homes sold. Kamas and Marion experienced a notable price increase in single family
homes while the number of homes sold remained stable.
