Takeaway: More buyers are discovering the unique amenities and easy access to Park City and the Wasatch Front from the
Jordanelle area. The availability of new condominium construction inventory was prevalent as the number of condominiums sold over
the past 12 months increased 11%. Tuhaye and Hideout remain stable in the number of vacant land sales but with the maturation of the
Victory Ranch area, few luxury lots were available for purchase which affected the overall number of vacant land sales over the past 12
months. Although fewer higher priced properties were sold this past year than the previous 12 months the market remains strong in the
Jordanelle area.
