Takeaway: The Heber Valley continues to show robust increases in average and median sales price of single family
homes over the last 12 months. While Midway, Timberlakes, and Heber East have seen an increase in average sales
price, buyers can find value in North Heber and Historic Downtown Heber City. Although current inventory remains
constrained, there is robust activity throughout the Heber Valley across all property types and continued new
construction will increase supply in the area.
