Pinebrook , Jeremy Ranch , and Summit Park continue to provide opportunities for consumers seeking properties below $ 1M , while the Silver Springs neighborhood has constricted inventory and minimal days on market . Average sales price dropped slightly in condominium sales by 3 %, however , with a considerable number of new construction pending sales at Canyons Village , we expect this to rise as development construction is completed .
